Painkillers Cancelled

sherry refers us to a interview conducted with David Cronenberg and posted yesterday at CHUD. In this interview Cronenberg says that Painkillers is not going to happen because "he can't get into his own script anymore". London Fields is still a possibility, but uncertain at this point. Cronenberg is also helping Jim Isaac to bring a werewolf movie called Skinwalkers to life. He says he is NOT serving as a executive producer at the moment, but that his help will come to be most valuable when the production starts to happen.

The section was finally updated and now contains questions that fans sent to the site and Cronenberg's answers to them. Cronenberg mentioned that he will be travelling to Spain in mid-October to do publicity there - probably at the Sitges Film Festival.
